What if ticket understanding took 5 minutes instead of 30? The reason? Adam Project.
Your support engineer opens a new ticket. Before they can start fixing the problem, they need to understand what's happening. They check documentation to see if it matches reality. They look through old tickets for similar issues. They dig through system logs. They search through code to find where things break. They try to remember if someone dealt with this before.
We developed an AI assistant the Adam Project, that connects all the pieces of your code, tickets, and documentation into a single system. It understands how things relate to each other. Which parts of the code work together? How past problems connect to current ones. Where the documentation explains what's actually happening. When a ticket comes in, the system finds the relevant code, shows similar past issues, links to the correct documentation, and checks live system data to verify what's going on. We ran this internally first. Ticket handling time dropped from 30 minutes to 5, an 83% reduction. New team members get up to speed in one month instead of three. Problems get routed to the right people the first time, so there's less back-and-forth.
We built this out of necessity. Our team was tired of wasting half the day searching for context. Now we're working with companies facing the same challenge. If your engineers are spending more time looking for information than using it, let's talk. https://www.pro-sharp.hu/contact.html
